I have the pleasure of telling you about my experience at the "Osvaldo" pizzeria in Sambuceto, a historic place where adults and children alike have been delighted since 1944. I go as a couple to this somewhat hidden gem which is an authentic paradise for lovers of good pizza and more. alone, but it is also a splendid location for groups and to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries of all kinds. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by an enchanting environment, with attention to the smallest details where elegant furnishings reign supreme with even leather chairs, a clothes rack at the entrance, convenient in winter to avoid placing coats and duvets on the chairs, the pleasant view of the plants, a nice television in the center at the top, the menu presented impeccably...all welcome pampering that I use, where the warmth of the lights mixes with the inviting aroma of freshly baked pizzas, I tried the same feeling as going to visit old friends at home, also because little Riccardo, the son of Simone the owner together with his sister Federica, pleasantly absorbed in unwrapping the Befana's gifts and his playing and wandering around the tables joyfully increases the feeling even more already palpable family warmth. I take a 4 seasons pizza, 10 kebabs, a portion of french fries and a home made tiramisu. At the entrance we are greeted by a beautiful, elegant Christmas tree decorated with the finest taste just as I like it. The pizza is excellent, with high quality ingredients, expertly cooked by the talented Ivano and served with simplicity and grace by Cristian, in the mouth it is an authentic explosion of flavors that delights the palate and I can say that it is the best pizza in Pescara in the 4 years that I have lived here. I also feel like giving the highest marks to the kebabs item as they are tasty and tasty and maintain the high tradition of the places which sees them excel as one of the best known and most important dishes served in their classic personalized ceramic mug accompanied by a warm white focaccia and fragrant. French fries different from the usual ones I find around, tasty and soft, they open the stomach for what is coming to the table. I cannot fail to mention the dessert, a real strong point of the pizzeria. The soft Tiramisu homemade by Federica and richly garnished with chunky biscuits placed on top makes me end the dinner in the best way since I am a glutton. The bill is super honest. I must leave a special mention to the owners who (never seen before in hundreds of pizzerias/restaurants I have visited) heat the back of the restaurant with the functional LPG heater only for the collaborators since the dishwashing area is located there. In summary, it is not just a pizzeria, but a place where tradition, authentic flavors and an intimate atmosphere blend harmoniously. Making this visit a memorable experience, where the word Family regains its true meaning. Super recommended, I can't see time to go back!
