At Carmine's the pizza is always fantastic. I recommend the Boscaiola. an ancient room renovated with glaciers (grottino) transformed into a room.

10/03/2025: Ever since I’ve been here for the first time some 5/6 years ago, still one of the best bars in Bologna. Very chilled and relaxed atmosphere, super friendly service - you immediately become friends that known each others for years, and very very good drinks & food. Highly recommended when in the area of Santo Stefano. Also, during the warmer days, you can enjoy the nice outdoor area in a hidden from tourists street. 💫
