Pizza with a recipe from 1936. An interesting experience, but the pizza itself is pretty average. They only have two types: margherita and napoletana (margherita with a few anchovies).

I've never had pizza like this before. Small but delicious. The place has a great atmosphere and was packed from the moment it opened. The locals know what's good.

The famous chickpeas are the best in all of Ferrara and the province, unrivaled for their exceptional goodness.
Too bad the same can't be said for their pizza: the dough is questionable, and the mozzarella is overcooked. It's a real shame, really. Old Mr. Orsucci made unrivaled pizza, and not just the chickpeas.

Well, it's not a regular pizzeria, they only have two types of margarita and Neapolitan, but they are original and good.

Very friendly and fast, and the pizza is as good as Orsucci's in Padua (his cousin Marco is great), where I live. But here in Ferrara, I had the pleasant surprise of the chickpea farinata, which I adore, and theirs is masterfully made.
WELL DONE! I can't wait to go back.

You have to make do with the very few square meters of the place, the fact that you don't stop to chat like in a normal pizzeria, but pizza and chickpeas are absolutely worth a visit.
