Chickpea farinata... SUPERB! The pizza in the pan... always good.

Wonderful place. Family business, I think the whole family works there, from grandfather to grandson. Everyone is wonderful. There are two types of pizza to choose from. Not a pretentious look. Perfect taste.

Pizza with a recipe from 1936. An interesting experience, but the pizza itself is pretty average. They only have two types: margherita and napoletana (margherita with a few anchovies).

It's fantastic to be able to taste both the chickpeas and the pan pizzas that were eaten in the 80s. Tradition is in good hands. Well done to Matteo and his staff. By Max.

I've never had pizza like this before. Small but delicious. The place has a great atmosphere and was packed from the moment it opened. The locals know what's good.

The famous chickpeas are the best in all of Ferrara and the province, unrivaled for their exceptional goodness. Too bad the same can't be said for their pizza: the dough is questionable, and the mozzarella is overcooked. It's a real shame, really. Old Mr. Orsucci made unrivaled pizza, and not just the chickpeas.

Well, it's not a regular pizzeria, they only have two types of margarita and Neapolitan, but they are original and good. You have to try them.

A true gem for pizza lovers. Two choices of pizza, two choices of cecina. That’s it 🙂
