Wonderful place. Family business, I think the whole family works there, from grandfather to grandson. Everyone is wonderful. There are two types of pizza to choose from. Not a pretentious look. Perfect taste.

Pizza with a recipe from 1936. An interesting experience, but the pizza itself is pretty average. They only have two types: margherita and napoletana (margherita with a few anchovies).

It's fantastic to be able to taste both the chickpeas and the pan pizzas that were eaten in the 80s. Tradition is in good hands. Well done to Matteo and his staff. By Max.

I've never had pizza like this before. Small but delicious. The place has a great atmosphere and was packed from the moment it opened. The locals know what's good.

The famous chickpeas are the best in all of Ferrara and the province, unrivaled for their exceptional goodness. Too bad the same can't be said for their pizza: the dough is questionable, and the mozzarella is overcooked. It's a real shame, really. Old Mr. Orsucci made unrivaled pizza, and not just the chickpeas.

09/12/2025: As always, they don't disappoint. We had to wait since we had a reservation. But the food is very good, whatever you order.
09/12/2025: The staff was active, well-organized, attentive, and kind. The food was excellent, the atmosphere very pleasant, the only flaw being that the tables were so close together that you could barely move.

09/03/2026: I've been going there for years, ever since it was "just" a pub, and Tamara and Massimo have always been great owners. The food is generally good, as are the pizzas in their many delicious variations: fresh fish and desserts are always top-notch. The staff is knowledgeable, and the girls are friendly and beautiful, especially the young redhead. Prices are a bit higher, but considering the price of living, that's understandable.
13/02/2026: It was a nice surprise, nice atmosphere, excellent pizza (perhaps too thin)... but the DESSERTS... to say they were exquisite is an understatement!!!!
