Very, very good pizza, shame about the bill which I found excessive.
I understand that the restaurant is Michelin listed and I can understand the slightly higher price for processed pizzas. I find the price of the Margherita at €12.00 unjustified.
However, the pizzas were excellent, very fresh and quality products, care was taken in filling them. The meat sauce is excellent.
Furthermore, I don't understand the €3.00 cover charge per person for chipped plates, a marble table that has seen improvements without a tablecloth, and dirty cutlery raisers.
The drinks are expensive, I've never seen such a price for a bottle of water, the craft beer is good but nothing exceptional, again a mark-up whose meaning I don't understand.
The service was impeccable, very courteous both at the reception and at the table service.

I had the pleasure of being assisted at the table by Ciro, friendly and helpful and an excellent master of the dining room (he sent the pizza away from his collaborators, which arrived like lightning, because I had previously asked for the Genoese pasta omelette... delicious.

Best pizzeria in Naples! We had the tasting menu where they brought us all their specialties, pizza with lemon, sandwiches and fried pizza certainly among the best! But all the dishes in general were amazing, the service was attentive, friendly and kind

It is not the first time I come here, and yet, every time it is like the first: amazement, emotion, wonder. Concettina ai Tre Santi is not just a pizzeria, it is an experience, a ritual, a sensory journey that Ciro Oliva orchestrates with unparalleled genius.
It's not just about dough, tomato and mozzarella here. Each pizza is a world in itself, thought out, studied and prepared with almost obsessive precision. The quality of the ingredients is noticeable. Nothing is left to chance, each bite is an explosion of flavors that tell of the passion for the product and the love for tradition, always with a look towards the future.
Dish after dish, you don't feel full, you don't want it to end... And then there is her, the Sotto Sopra (Sott 'n gopp), an absolute masterpiece, the best genius ever conceived. I could eat it every day and never get tired.
Concettina ai Tre Santi is the reason why Naples always deserves a return. A round of applause for Ciro and his entire extraordinary team, for the Oliva family, who make this place something special not only for the food, but also for the hospitality and human warmth.
And now I can only dream about the moment when I will return... I hope very soon.

A historic and traditional high-level pizzeria, distorted by the strange desire to become a chic place with gourmet dishes. At prohibitive prices, too. As if the difficulty of parking and the distracting location weren't enough. But above all, where have those wonderful pizzas of the past gone?? What a pity!

Nel vivace quartiere Sanità, dove si "respira" il verace spirito napoletano , il pizzaiolo Ciro Oliva riesce a trasferire questa magica atmosfera nelle sue impeccabili pizze; oggi abbiamo scelto la margherita: ottime materie prime, leggerezza dell'impasto e maestria tecnica, presentano una pizza davvero gustosa. Imperdibile la loro pizza fritta (Sott'ngopp), composta al momento con una base di pomodoro, parmigiano reggiano 48 mesi, basilico, pepe olio a cui va adagiata sopra una sublime pizza fritta bollente; va mangiata spezzandola con le mani, facendo la scarpetta; una vera bontà. Del resto il locale nacque in questo al quartiere nel 1951 con la signora Concettina che preparava appunto le pizze fritte. La tradizione continua alla grande!! Personale cortese e simpatico. Prezzi un po' più alti della media di analoghi locali a Napoli, ma l'alta qualità dei prodotti li giustifica

Sapevo che ne sarebbe valsa la pena già prima di arrivare… personale stupendo il proprietario gentilissimo che ci ha consigliato anzi ci ha sorpreso con delle pizze buonissime e particolari….
