Pizzeria O Vesuvio In Ascoli piceno

I have been here several times, I must say that it is one of the second best Neapolitan pizzerias I have been to and in the whole valley. The pizza is very good, the dough is soft and doesn't cause any problems even digesting it, I didn't feel heavy at all; unlike most pizzerias. They are filled in a very detailed way, the flavors come together very well, a perfect mix. The cornice can sometimes be a little burnt, but it's not their fault, but rather the wood-fired oven's fault, given that after it has been active for a while it is very hot... it can automatically happen that there are small burns. The staff is very kind and helpful, an education that you rarely find elsewhere. I recommend trying this pizzeria.

Beautiful piece of Naples in the Marche. Very good pizza, very high quality compared to many pizzerias in Naples. Highly recommended.
