Refined and high-quality toppings, but the "Cinghiale nel pallone" pizza stands out. Try it, it's amazing. Fiordilatte, buffalo mozzarella, wild boar mortadella, and truffle sliced ​​at the end of cooking are very delicate, not the typical disgusting supermarket pesto. I recommend pairing it with a very cold Leffe Rouge beer on tap. To top it off, they've recently added their homemade panettone with pistachios and other flavors, as well as excellent spumoni, like the pasticciotto and black cherry one. Location suggestiva al centro del paese. Buon servizio, molto buona la pizza con impasto pugliese, croccante, ma fiata tutta acnhe I bordi. Se possibile farei una variante dell'impasto con multicereali o integrale. Gusto molto buono, giusta sapidità, la notte non sono stato costretto a bere. Consigliato
