There was a problem with an order yesterday, but today the manager resolved it excellently. It was a pleasure for me to call and explain the problem. As a loyal customer, I acted with good manners and common sense in calling the restaurant. Today the problem was resolved with the same common sense, politeness, helpfulness, kindness, and courtesy. Truly excellent. This is once again our favorite place to eat.
