It is an initiative that is difficult to criticize.
Willing, courageous and innovative kids who proposed a splendid idea in a difficult context.
We can discuss pizza which perhaps does not perfectly reflect the idea of pizza to which we have always been accustomed. I like it, for example, but I would prefer other doughs, other flours, other ingredients. But there is no doubt that the desire to enhance local products, a lightly processed, pure and authentic grain in addition to the countless Calabrian ingredients, cannot fail to be appreciated.
Wonderful location, small but comfortable structure, in the middle of the countryside of San Floro, in the midst of greenery, in nature, design that recalls the old agricultural traditions of the past with an addition (just enough and which doesn't hurt) of " new".
Healthy and genuine food. And, above all, authentic.
We need to see it from another point of view. Not the quantity, but the quality and authenticity of the materials offered.
At Mulinum, personally speaking, you marry and share a project, made of innovation, respect for traditions and the valorization of local products in a suggestive environment and location.
Given what has been said, I can only congratulate the initiative, which is now consolidated and established.
Only appreciation and praise.
Ps: I recommend going especially during Spring and/or Summer to be able to eat outdoors, among the hay bales/benches, in the large lawn at the back.

The bread of the past with some modern variations in the rebuilt mill! Successful project that creates culture! Go and taste to believe! The pizzas are top! Excellent spelled! Very nice welcome from Rossella who involved us with splendid smiles in taking the tour to get to know Mulinun 👍

We went to this place with many positive expectations reading the reviews and knowing the history anyway. The environment is very charming and characteristic, the service they offer is excellent. A negative note is the pizza, being made with really excellent raw materials, one expects greater quality in dough and ingredients. We found the seasoning to be rather sparse and the dough hard and under-leavened. While the wheat salad was excellent and the price was truly negligible considering the abundance. However, it is an experience worth having to visit a new place and learn something.

We went to Mulinum for the first time on the evening of August 15th, with very high expectations, already knowing their products. I have to say that the experience far surpassed them. An oasis of peace immersed in nature, where time seems to have stopped and where every detail is taken care of with attention. The menu included, in addition to pizzas, an excellent parmigiana which recalled ancient flavours. The light and digestible pizza dough and quality raw materials. A magical place, highly recommended!

A year ago we were positively impressed and we returned. But we were a little disappointed. There was no hot bread served at the table with oil. The pizza was good but not like last year. The water was hot. The beers we asked for as well. They were practically warm. I was sorry. But the setting is beautiful. I hope to be able to return next summer anyway.
