A very nice place, perfect for families given the space and the games available.
Top-notch bread made with local wheat.
Pizza with top-notch ingredients, but to be honest, I didn't appreciate the dough, which is made with whole-wheat flours, which is always local, but that's just my personal taste. Prices are above average, especially the fries, which are €6/portion.

A summer visit during the holidays. A real discovery.

Nestled in the green countryside, this outdoor pizzeria is a little haven of peace. The atmosphere is relaxing, with well-spaced tables and a view that makes you forget the city. The pizzas are made with fresh, local ingredients, and the toppings have authentic, genuine flavors. The staff is friendly, despite not offering table service.

A charming, stunning place, but the food didn't live up to expectations. Despite being locally sourced, the prices are high and the quality isn't what it should be.

Mulinum San Floro offers a unique immersive experience, in touch with nature! A charming and meticulously maintained location: the mulinum with its rigorously stone-ground flours, the farmhouse where you can taste their homemade breads, and the garden where we dined, enjoying rustic pizzas, in a bucolic style, seated on characteristic hay bales, in an atmosphere made even more familiar and intimate by the self-service experience. The added value of this authentic and emotionally rich experience is the sunflower field, which we walked through at sunset: an oasis of peace, far from the chaos of the city, where you can be transported by the silence and colors!
A very welcome surprise!

A place where the focus is on the essentials: excellent ingredients and old-fashioned farmhouse tables, strictly outdoors!
Excellent pizza and bread, whose aroma is unlike anything you've seen in modern-day restaurants; the selection is unlike any other you'd find on the menus of your average pizzeria, as it's made using typical local products (usually few and "poor").
If you want to step back in time and appreciate the simplicity of good food, you'll love it and come back!

I didn't have the chance to appreciate their products because I visited the mill on a day when production was stopped, but I was fortunate enough to meet Simona, who told me the story of the mill and their project, which I had learned about through the TV show "Generazione Bellezza." It was a fantastic experience to visit the mill, see firsthand their still-growing project, and, I repeat, have the privilege of speaking with Simona, a person of remarkable kindness. Thank you so much.

We went there in the morning and bought their bread, freselle, and flour. I hope to return soon in the evening to taste their baked goods served in a pleasant outdoor setting behind the mill.

A spacious outdoor location perfect for breezy summer evenings. There's plenty of space between tables, so there's no risk of excessive noise for conversation. The menu offers several pizza and dessert options, while the appetizer is exclusively Sila potatoes with their skins (very good). There's no service, so you order yourself, and the food is delivered to your table (a Bluetooth device alerts you and vibrates when the kitchen is finished). The pizzas are different from local standards; I found the dough flavorful, as was the tomato sauce. Overall, I'm satisfied with the experience. Bringing your dog is a great option, but the downside is that I find the prices a bit higher (even considering there's no cover charge: €7 for craft beer, €6 for Sila potatoes, and €14-16 for more elaborate pizzas).
