A small pizzeria with very few tables but very well organized for takeaway. The pizza is classic Neapolitan but with the particularity of using semolina to roll out the pizza before seasoning it, this gives it a certain crunchiness which makes it truly particular and good (the writer is not a lover of Neapolitan pizza). Usually very punctual in delivery.

19/11/2024: Very nice pizza, there are some sitting places outside, nothing inside.
30/08/2024: It is one of the historic sliced ​​pizzerias in Perugia. Close to school buildings which make it a point of reference for morning snacks for schoolchildren and students, it is expertly led by Claudio, known as Baffo. The pizzas are always made with top quality ingredients and the value for money is excellent. Always courteous and ready with a joke, Il Baffo is also the point of reference for the Perugian neighbourhood.
