The pizza comes with a finely rolled dough and a slightly pronounced crust. It is light and tasty, indicating the use of good quality ingredients. The wait staff is friendly and the waiting times are average. The coffee is delicious, even the decaffeinated one. The place is quite simple, more reminiscent of a bar than a pizzeria. The internal room is not very large, there is also an intermediate room and an external dehor. I didn't particularly appreciate that the internal and intermediate rooms were joined (I think due to space requirements) by opening the French window. This led to a clear cooling of the internal room and consequently I suffered from the cold throughout dinner.

Helpful and courteous staff, the pizza very good and light, as are the desserts. All at a really great price. Absolutely recommended pizzeria.

Very good pizza for Sardinia, large and with excellent quality ingredients. One thing I really appreciated was the variety of pizza choices, but the thing I didn't like was the absence of starters and desserts from the menu. We waited about 50 minutes for two pizzas to arrive, but on the other hand the waiters were very very friendly. The price for some pizzas is fair, for others a little excessive in my opinion, the cover charge (€2.50 each) is disproportionate (in my opinion) given that it is San Gavino.

Excellent pizzas cooked in a wood oven Good pizza, but certainly saying "good or excellent pizza" is a much broader question of personal taste: fortunately in San Gavino there are many pizzerias (wood-fired and electric oven) and therefore everyone can find good pizza like here, but above all can find the ideal pizza, certainly all different in terms of cooking, filling, coarse or fine dough, wide or narrow edge, normal dough or with semolina... as they generally say: "de gustibus non est disputandum"
