The pizza is good, the ingredients are quality and the cooking is perfect (no burns underneath or on the edge). However, if I ask you for a pizza, you tell me that you don't have one of the ingredients and ask me if they can replace it with another, you can't charge me for the changed ingredient, since the lack is yours. This is already the second time it's happened (We're talking about replacing two ingredients from the same "family").
