It's been a while since I've been able to book a table, but I finally understood why.
A very beautiful and elegant place, but the most important thing is the high quality of the ingredients and the ingredients, and the way they're put together.
In short, the pizzas are easy to digest. And everything else is made up of the professionalism of the people who work there. Definitely worth returning as soon as possible; just book a few days in advance.

Materia a Cellole is an excellent pizzeria: a refined atmosphere, friendly staff, and quality ingredients. The dough is light and well-leavened, and the toppings are truly tasty, including some original options. The appetizers are also excellent. Prices are reasonable for the quality. Highly recommended!

Once again, an exceptional pizza is on the new menu. Sicilian Wagonwheel Pizza
San Marzano tomatoes, pan-fried fried eggplant with cherry tomatoes, salted ricotta, Gallinaro D.O.P. EVO oil, and basil are spectacular.

We tried this pizzeria on an August evening with a reservation. We walked right in and sat on the terrace. The place was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and unobtrusive. We had a diavola and a scostumata. Both were delicious, although we didn't particularly appreciate the grated cheese on the diavola. However, the dough was soft and light, and the ingredients were high-quality. Prices were average for gourmet pizzerias. We'll definitely be back to try other pizzas and appetizers.

Last night, being in the area and having read the excellent reviews of the pizzeria, we decided to book a table on the terrace.
The location is indeed beautiful, characterized by elegance, thoughtful design, and cleanliness.
The pizzas, overall, are good. The dough is soft and light, but my "Diavola" seemed to lack some toppings, as did the other pizzas we tried: "Don Vincenzo," "Provola e Pepe," and "Fresca" (which is why I gave it a 3). Furthermore, the pizza prices are fair.
The only problem with the pizzeria is the service, or rather, the order taker: when we arrived, a very charming young lady with a Lazio accent greeted us kindly and courteously and sat us down at our table. Throughout the evening, she asked us several times if everything was okay and if we needed anything. On the other hand, the order taker was rude and unfriendly. In fact, since the pizzas didn't arrive at the table at the same time, I asked him how long it would take for the last pizza and pointed out that one of the diners at the table had already finished eating and another hadn't received his pizza yet (there were five of us). The waiter first snorted and then teased me, telling me that the pizzas come out of the oven one at a time (even though pizzas were being served to the other tables).
It's a shame, because from such an elegant and well-kept place, I expected something more from the staff!
