When there's a line at a place, there's no doubt it's good. Pizzeria Mancini (San Domenico) is one of my favorite places in Foligno. The pizza is simply wonderful; it has a "something" that makes it truly special. My favorite is the onion pizza paired with a refreshing house Lambrusco. Every time I go to Foligno, I can't wait to go, and when I return to Costa Rica (my country of residence), I dream of going back. The owners are very friendly, always with a nice smile and the best attitude.

It would be like asking what the Colosseum is for a Roman or the David for a Florentine... It's an institution, generations and generations of Foligno people have grown up with Domenico's pizza
