This morning I ate at this pizzeria for the first time. The dough was light, well-cooked, and with just the right amount of crispiness around the edge.
A great discovery.
I highly recommend the "manzi" pizza.

Just outside Avellino's historic center is the award-winning pizzeria "Madison," a traditional spot for gourmets. The atmosphere is simple and elegant; the service is impeccable. The pizza is Neapolitan-style, soft and flavorful, with a generous topping and excellent ingredients. I recommend the Arianina, with 'nduja, and the patatosa. The fried foods, especially the macaroni, porcini mushrooms, and sausage frittatas, are also flavorful. The tiramisu and berry cheesecake are also delicious. The price is in line with the service.

We had dinner at this restaurant for two. We had an excellent Madison appetizer, and the food was really good and of excellent quality. The staff was really kind and helpful.
