I ordered a Margherita takeaway. Personally, I prefer the slightly puffier crusts...but in terms of taste, quality, ingredients, etc...excellent! One of the best pizzas in Alessandria, for sure.

My group and I only had pizza and a single main course. Everyone has their own tastes when it comes to pizza, so there's no need to comment. The pizzas are large, but if you have any leftovers, you can take them away in a box. We booked through Google (convenient, well done!) and found a table easily. On Friday, after 9:00 PM, the place was practically empty, with only one table besides ours. Unfortunately, I didn't check the receipt when paying and only realized afterwards that we'd been charged for an extra pizza, which we didn't eat. It probably showed up that way on the digital ordering statement, but someone should/could have noticed and corrected it. This was due to a misunderstanding while ordering. I can't say whether we ordered too quietly or whether she couldn't hear the waitress properly. The fact is, we ordered a main course, while the waitress brought a pizza. When we clarified, they took that pizza away and replaced it with the correct dish. Nothing wrong with that, except that - indeed - they also charged us for that pizza, and, to make matters worse, during the meal the aforementioned waitress came back to insist that we had ordered that pizza and she had written it down... not exactly a polite gesture, I repeat: who knows if we spoke too quietly, or she misunderstood, or the music was too loud. In any case, instead of charging us an undue cost, they could have: 1) Offered us to keep the pizza, since they'd already made it; at most, we could have taken it home; 2) Explained that they would have had to charge us anyway, explaining why; 3) Tell us that misunderstandings happen and not charged us that cost. I don't know if I'll return: the rest of the staff was kind, but the overall experience left us a bit perplexed. Prices are high: 9 euros for a Margherita, and it goes up from there. Historic, welcoming pizzeria with a devastating product. It's crazy to be in the center of Alessandria and not stop by to try the pizza. Highly recommended.

The pizza is good, and the service is prompt and accurate. The temperature in the restaurant was really cold, which meant we couldn't stay a while after dinner. It's a shame.

I found myself in Alessandria for a month-long course. A warm atmosphere characterized by a management that makes you feel at home from the first time you arrive. Excellent food. Pizzas 10+. I highly recommend it.
