A very nice place with excellent value for money. Everything was delicious! The tortelli ripieni al ragù e fondante di parmigiano was wonderful, the pizza was equally good, and the homemade desserts were delicious! A great place to eat in Cisternino!

The pizza is XXL sized, low and NOT Neapolitan, it has to be liked, the service is fast, the environment is clean.

Nice place, good pizza, but the waiting times are too long, also because I noticed that they give priority to export, last night July 27th there were three of us seated at 8.20pm and the pizza arrived after an hour, there were people but not so many to justify the hour wait, the waiter who served us downstairs in the deor didn't like us, nor a good evening etc... I'm sorry because I knew this pizzeria when it was still on the other side of Corso Francia...

Awesome experience at Lo Smeraldo Really excellent pizza! We tried several flavors, and you could tell they used quality ingredients. The dough was perfect, light, and the crust was perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was nice and quiet, perfect for a dinner with friends. Friendly service and fair prices. I'll definitely be back!

I've known this pizzeria for years....in one word, FANTASTIC. As fantastic as the people who work there, from the owner Enza to Gabriele and everyone else....it's not just about eating pizza, it's about living an experience....highly recommended. 😍😍😍

14/08/2026: A wonderful lunch experience! The place is beautifully presented, with a great setting and a truly pleasant atmosphere. The staff was very attentive to our needs, and the service was consistent and fast. All the dishes we ordered were delicious and tasty. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well without spending a fortune. Parking was very convenient! We'll definitely be back!

18/05/2026: Excellent farinata and good, plentiful first courses. A nice, satisfying lunch. The pizza and farinata oven was also on at lunchtime, which is unusual. I was there on Monday for lunch and it wasn't even crowded.
08/05/2026: The pizzas are truly delicious. Well-leavened dough, a thick crust, and plenty of fresh ingredients. I've known this pizzeria for years, and it's never disappointed me. I'm not a regular, but whenever I want a good pizza, I always come here. The staff is very friendly and professional. The atmosphere isn't super modern, but, in the end, what matters is the substance (and there is substance here). The prices are in line with the quality of the food offered. Highly recommended. I've never tried any other à la carte dishes, but the selection is quite varied.
