Good morning, I came to you with a friend of mine. Since she has intolerances, I was persuaded to order the whole wheat pizza. What can I say? It's super delicious and crunchy. A huge thank you to the owner and a big compliment to the pizza chefs. The waiter was also very kind. We'll definitely be back.

My girlfriend, some friends, and I came here for dinner. The cartwheel pizza was very tasty. The only downside: The wait was really long. We arrived at 8:35 PM, and fortunately, the farinata we ordered arrived very quickly, but we didn't get our pizzas until almost 10 PM. Otherwise, the place is simple; the waiter on the second floor was helpful and kind, as was the owner.

The XXL pizza is excellent, unfortunately the waiting times are too long for the pizza, but on a Saturday it's ok, on the other hand the pizza is really good

We were there on February 22, 2026, there were 30 of us. THIRTY people. Everyone was happy, the service was impeccable, impeccable, kind, always smiling, and the pizza was amazing. I highly recommend it to everyone 💪🏻

They're spectacular. Light, easy-to-digest cartwheel pizzas made with quality ingredients. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice and very friendly owner. We can't wait to return. 5 stars overall.

The pizza was very good, larger than the usual ones you'd find in other restaurants, but still very thin. The service was good. The only thing that could be improved was the kitchen ventilation, as the oven smell was quite strong, along with a very slight haze.

And then there are places like La Fortezza in Chivasso, where every dish becomes an experience, a memory, and, above all, an immediate desire to return. The experience we had the pleasure of tasting was simply extraordinary, a perfect balance between sea and land, executed with rare precision and sensitivity. From the delicate and perfectly balanced rossetti in saor (red sardines), to the zucchini stuffed with shrimp, where the sweetness of the vegetable blends with the freshness of the sea in an elegant and never banal way. The sole in orange-and-sage butter is a dish that deserves special mention: impeccable technique, clear yet harmonious aromas, a construction that demonstrates a sure hand and a clear vision. The grilled sockeye salmon with samphire confirms the quality of the raw ingredients and the ability to enhance them without excess, letting the product speak for itself. The first courses raise the bar even further: the linguine with shrimp, fava beans, and pecorino cheese is a masterful example of the balance between sea and land, while the penne with cuttlefish, Riviera olives, and pistachio pesto surprises with their originality and flavorful coherence. Here, you can clearly sense the kitchen's ability to break the mold without ever losing control. And then the desserts: the Dolce Chivasso and the bunet with acacia flowers finish with elegance and identity, leaving a rare sense of completeness. But what truly makes La Fortezza exceptional isn't just the quality of the dishes. It's the care in preparation, the almost sartorial precision of every detail, and above all, the team: a smiling, genuinely friendly service, never intrusive but always present, capable of accompanying the experience with ease and intelligence. In the kitchen, there's clearly a team that doesn't just cook, but creates. Unique, special, delicious dishes, with a recognizable signature and a clear desire to surprise without ever forcing.
