Spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The food was good in both quality and quantity. The price was reasonable. The night we were there (Friday night) they had karaoke, creating a fantastic atmosphere.

After visiting a museum in Pistoia, we stopped at the pizzeria at an unusual hour. The owners welcomed us kindly and served their dishes, which we found to be of good quality. A wonderful experience!

Welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere. The friendly, helpful staff makes you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. Every time we come to Pistoia, we absolutely must have dinner at Il Chimpanzé, a must-try if you want to try the best pizza ever. And even if you're just passing through, you can't miss it.

Excellent overall rating, starting with the extensive menu and detailed descriptions of the very good pizzas, the wide selection of beers, and the prompt service with friendly and helpful staff. The space is spacious with high ceilings, which I believe have been treated for better acoustics, even during live music and karaoke nights. Highly recommended.

Great experience. We were foreigners but we were able to order pretty easily even though the waiter did not speak English. Everyone was kind and nice to us.

06/03/2026: If you want to try Catalan-style paella, this is the place. Truly excellent. The staff is young, friendly, and attentive. The place is cute, family-friendly, too. We'll definitely be back. Recommended!
17/02/2026: We had dinner with friends at this restaurant for the first time. We went for the paella! I have to say, it was very good, generous portions, and full of tasty ingredients. Only one of our guests didn't try it, and he had a fried shrimp appetizer, which was also good, and a crab entree, which, to be honest, didn't look like much...the flavor was just okay. The desserts were good. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and the location was average. The prices were reasonable. If you want to eat a delicious paella, I recommend you go... I'll be back soon too 😅

16/12/2025: Beautiful and well-kept place, we can eat inside and outside, beautiful terrace from which you can see the landscape, excellent place to eat Tuscan food, very good appetizers and very good first and second courses, typical meat and fish dishes, very kind and professional both the staff and the owner as soon as you arrive to order, the staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home and satisfy your requests, clean restrooms, good prices, large parking lot, that's why I gave it 4 stars, I recommend trying the pizzas and the tagliolini with lobster, they are finger-licking good, and the Cinta Senese pork loin with fried patent and fried porcini mushrooms 😋😋😀
28/11/2025: We come to them every now and then, they make truly remarkable veal and fried food.
