Pizzeria Le Noci In Villar perosa

I came for lunch a few days ago. The pizza was excellent; I really liked it; it was well-topped, soft but not overly so. The plus is that they have a wide variety of pizzas, many of them unique. I'd like to come back to try more; they seem to change seasonally. I also had dessert, which I approved. I recommend the place; the prices are a little high, but overall, that's fair given the quality of the ingredients.

So delicious!!! We shared a fried focaccia with prosciutto, arugula, and buffalo mozzarella as an appetizer. It was crispy, dry, and flavorful, made with fresh, top-quality ingredients. Then it was on to the pizzas, starting with the option of creating a custom pizza with all the individual ingredients priced individually, or choosing from a wide selection of options, some with unusual and delicious combinations. I tried the whole-grain dough, which was well-risen and well-poured, with a punch of flavor and aroma. I tried all four pizzas and had a hard time choosing my favorite (perhaps the one with the salami also wins). A homemade digestif with mountain herbs was offered. Recommended—in fact, why would you miss out?

Excellent food and very friendly staff. It's lovely to dine on the cool yet sheltered outdoor terrace. I also really appreciate the option to customize your pizza however you like.

A warm welcome awaits you in a refined and very clean environment. The wooden décor is typically mountain-style, with a view of the mountains. The menu is sophisticated and unique, in keeping with the location. The pizzas and bruschetta are delicious and served promptly. The prices are above average, but justified by the quality and exquisiteness of the ingredients.

Siamo ritornati a mangiare pizza e primi ottimi!!! Come le volte precedenti...Questa volta abbiamo preso il dolce,tiramisù sublime!!! Il locale era pieno ma il servizio è stato veloce.Eravamo seduti al tavolo davanti al forno ma si stava benissimo,ci sono più ventilatori che rendono fresco il locale.Complimenti allo staff e continuate cosi.A presto!

Il locale è informale, rustico. Il personale cordiale e sorridente. La pizza è eccezionale: la base è perfetta, digeribilissima. Hanno una scelta molto varia, comprese pizze vegetariane e una vegana, strepitosa: finalmente una pizza vegana buona, gustosa,farcita bene e non le solite 4 verdure secche buttate a caso sul pomodoro. Prezzo assolutamente buono. In zona la migliore pizza senza dubbio!

Pizza ottima, sottile ma non troppo, bordi alti e ben cotti, ingredienti di qualità e nella giusta quantità. Possibilità di scegliere l'impasto e di poter comporre la pizza con gli ingredienti che si preferisce! Dolci fatti in casa super, ottima scelta di birra priveniente da birrifici locali. Personale attento, gentile e veloce. Prezzo nella norma. Consigliatissimo
