The place is beautiful, the pizzas are of excellent quality, including the ingredients, and the service is fast.

A welcoming atmosphere, in typical mountain style. Fast, friendly, and expeditious service in the best sense of the word. A good variety of pizzas, both classic and made with local ingredients, are well-made. Reserved parking is available for customers. Reservations are recommended. Very good prices. I'd love to return in the winter.

We returned to Le Moulin after eight years and can confirm the excellent experience we had back then. A typical restaurant, not huge but not small either. Reading other reviews, you might think it seats barely 30 people, but it actually has three rooms, and overall there are quite a few tables. On nice days, you can also eat in the small courtyard in front, where there are a few tables (a few). Reservations are certainly best/necessary, even at lunch. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick and courteous. The pizzas (they only serve pizzas, except for platters and maybe one or two other cold dishes) are large and delicious: crispy and thin, just the right amount, as my daughter said. I tried the pinsa, however, with a different dough than the pizza (I love pinsa in general because everything is thicker and easier to digest, in my opinion) and found it delicious, well-made, and super easy to digest (precisely). The vegetables were also good (I had a vegetarian one), fresh, tasty and plentiful!

Everything was excellent, the staff were very friendly, and they even offered you a digestive at the end. Score 10.

Excellent pizzas, quality ingredients! If I had to find a negative, the plate was a bit small compared to the pizza, so it was awkward to cut.

It's a real pizzeria, there's no other dish than pizza, very nice atmosphere, in Aosta Valley style, we had a pizza and appetizer, both good, they have few seats available especially outside, adjacent parking of medium-small size. Dogs are not accepted inside

Very nice place and friendly staff. It's a shame about the pizzas. I thought the dough was frozen, and the mushrooms and onions weren't exactly tasty.

We've known Le Moulin for years...a truly beautiful, typical mountain restaurant with very friendly staff and good pizza... The only BIG FLAW is the table organization. We've often found ourselves having to eat at separate tables, even far apart, because beyond a certain number of diners (max 6), we can't sit down. It would be enough to move and join the tables. So if you decide to go, even if you book in advance, with several friends or family, know that you won't be able to enjoy the evening in full company, so think about how to organize the tables first! Conviviality is NOT an option here...or at least not by, I believe, the owner (a very thin, very tanned lady), who again this evening got very upset when we asked to join the tables (10 people, including an 11-month-old baby, a 3-year-old girl, and a 97-year-old grandmother).................................Speechless!
