Really great pizza, light dough and quality ingredients. Welcoming place and friendly staff. You can see that there is passion in what they do. I will definitely be back!

Perfect pizza! The best and the cheapest I have ever eaten! Absolutely astonishing place! I could eat this every day for the rest of them! There is also a very nice selection of tasty desserts.

Mix of top quality flours, they make the best and most digestible pizza. I tried the pizza with multi-grain dough, I will come back to try others. Perfect.

Light, tasty, soft and digestible dough. The best dough I've ever tasted. Not to mention the “Borghese” pizza: a riot of flavours! Tony never contradicts himself.

Trinciabue

07/07/2025: Highly recommended place in the historic center of Bitonto. We went on Saturday night for dinner (table of 10 people) all super satisfied. Very good food with a quality/price ratio that few find around, young and very helpful staff. Definitely to return!!
20/06/2025: Trinciabue is an absolute must for meat lovers. Everything is right here: top quality meat, perfectly prepared on the grill, and pure, full flavors. No fuss, just really good food. What makes it extra special is that you eat among the locals — always a good sign. A special thanks to the super friendly and attentive owner, who makes you feel right at home with his warmth and passion. One of the best dining experiences we have had in Italy. We will definitely be back!
