Pizzeria L'Arte Bianca In Porto azzurro

Very commercial pizzeria (the question of the 72h biga etc...) with exaggerated prices (especially because it is pizza, net of all the stories about quality products). The product is a good quality pizza with medium-high hydration (at a glance I would say 75%) that goes from €9 for a margherita to €25 for a gourmet (madness). The dough tends to be crunchy, in a contemporary style, but not very melting. The problem is in the toppings, classic (similar to capricciosa) that should have had fried artichokes (it makes you wonder what they meant by fried), another classic portioned (?) burnt by at least 3 cm in diameter less, margherita with the poor fior di latte from Agerola that from the look and bite seemed like a low-end product, as did the buffalo mozzarella in the bufalina (I don't question the quality, but you also have to know how to drive a Ferrari, it's not enough to just turn the keys). Very kind and helpful staff, but the product is too expensive for the bill spent.
