I admit that I don't really know the difference between a good tong and a less good one, but I must say that the pasta was quite crunchy and digestible, the sausage didn't convince me at all, the chicory was sautéed diligently, the crouton for filling is fine to be more affordable the price should drop a little bit then as it is a rustic and family run place it's fine

We ate in this pinseria and I must say that we enjoyed it very much, the pinsas are crunchy and have quality ingredients and also a wide range of choices. The only thing to improve is the service, the waiters almost seem to be doing you a favor, never a smile and also very slow, I had to ask to bring me a beer 3 times before it arrived.

Characteristic farmhouse renovated in style. Excellent welcome and courtesy, delicious homemade fried foods but the highlight are the numerous and varied pinsas.
With an extremely digestible dough and excellent seasoning, they will captivate you at the first bite.
We will definitely be back.

The pinsas are really good. The only problem is choosing them from the many available on the menu. The appetizers with cold cuts, vegetables and focaccias are also excellent. Go.

I went last night with my children and a couple of friends... I'm not an expression of pinsa but I must say that it was really delicious... you inhaled crunchy and light but not burnt. All very good, even the courgette flower (a little small but good) and the dessert, all homemade. Friendly staff, I will definitely come back
