Infinite variety of flavors of pinsa, truly exceptional, 4 ordered 4 different types, I tasted all 4, an extraordinary fantasy of taste, mine with truffle and burrata, never eaten in my life, one thought more exquisite, the others nothing to envy. Fried starter, exquisite to say the least, my personal and sincere compliments to the pizzeria. Highly recommended, it will become my choice and priority if I were to go and eat the pinsa.

I recently went to this restaurant to try the pinsa that I was so excited about. The place is very beautiful internally in my opinion because it is classic, traditional and has that ancient air that I really liked. The service was really helpful while the only flaw personally was the taste of the sausage which I expected to be very different. Overall, it's a nice place to dine at least once with your partner!

Excellent pinsa with pachino mushrooms and potatoes, delicate and cooked to perfection. Flower and substitutes are good but my preference goes to the former. We found quite a few people on Friday and so our stay was a little disturbed by the very evident buzz, the room wasn't the largest so everyone was a bit close together, and to hear each other we were forced to speak in a higher tone than our neighbors, but amen, nice evening anyway! Thank you for your welcome and professionalism. Fair price for 4 adults and 2 children. We will definitely be back.

Relaxing date with friends, fresh, genuine food, prepared with care. Excellent service. Well done Valentina and Stefano who put effort into everything you do ❤️ The environment? Warm, well looked after family home, we will gladly return to spend a nice evening.

Pleasant experience... food, staff and environment... recommended

The first time you'll understand I was with some friends to get some take away, once you've eaten the first one you can't do without it anymore. So good and fragrant, well seasoned without skimping. The ingredients are excellent and the mozzarella is mozzarella. They also make first and second courses, one would perhaps expect them to be nothing special given that we are talking about a pinseria and instead... Very honest portions and prices too and I repeat with excellent ingredients!! He makes the characteristic lamps! Maybe I'll post some photos next time. Two words also for the family that runs it, everyone is really kind and helpful.

Local in the greenery 1/2 hour from Rome. Rustic, surrounded by greenery and very welcoming. Owners very helpful and friendly. The fried foods are good, the pinsas are delicious. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be back.
