Excellent pinseria where the flour is treated with love and the result is a tasty, crunchy, well-seasoned, digestible pinsa at a great price. Excellent staff.

Second time we come and I already recommend this pinseria every time I have the chance. Very kind staff, friendly managers and willing to accommodate requests. Really interesting the choice to divide the menu by price range (and in any case even the most expensive and elaborate pinsa does not exceed 10 euros). The quality of the food is excellent, from the fried foods, to the pinsa, to the desserts. The environment is welcoming and very well cared for. Thanks to the quality of their pinsa I can almost say I prefer it to pizza. Prices very adequate for the context, the quality and the service.

Great dough, fresh high quality toppings, excelent value for money. The "home red vine" was a bit dissapointing, and on the desert pinsa they put way to much nuteela. Overall great autentic local experience.

Superlative, from the food, to the service, kindness and fair prices.

We have been customers since the owners ran the Antica Porta pizzeria in Riano, we have never left them, we always return with our children and grandchildren. There is little to say, Stefano and Valentina are unique and very nice people and know how to work very well. The pinsa is delicious, crunchy and all the toppings are very abundant. There is more to write about but I can only recommend you go and try it because you won't be disappointed. Truly the TOP

Everything excellent. Lots of variety of pinses. We tried several and they were all delicious. A very welcoming and intimate place, excellent for an evening with friends, where you can breathe a family atmosphere. The owners are very nice and kind; They also applied a small discount to our bill. Definitely coming back and recommending!
