The best pizza I've ever eaten!! The dough is unmatched in terms of lightness, digestibility, and fragrance. There are a wide range of possible toppings, all of which are top-quality.

The pinsa was delicious and well-seasoned, with a truly light and digestible dough. The menu's price structure was much appreciated. We'll definitely be back.

The first time you'll understand, I was with friends to get some pinsa to go. After eating the first one, you can't do without it. So good and fragrant, well-seasoned without skimping. Excellent ingredients, and the mozzarella is mozzarella. They also do first and second courses, one might expect them to be nothing special considering it's a pinseria, but instead... Very honest portions and prices, too, and I repeat, with excellent ingredients!! The characteristic lamps that adorn the walls are made by him! Maybe I'll post some photos next time. A word also for the family who runs it, everyone is really kind and helpful.

For those who love pinsa, this is a very pleasant place in the summer. The products are good quality, and the staff is very kind and friendly. I give the service a 4/5 rating only because the last time we had a reservation at 8 PM, we ate at 10 PM, but it was Sunday evening and it was very crowded.

Second time we come and I already recommend this pinseria every time I have the chance. Very kind staff, friendly managers and willing to accommodate requests. Really interesting the choice to divide the menu by price range (and in any case even the most expensive and elaborate pinsa does not exceed 10 euros). The quality of the food is excellent, from the fried foods, to the pinsa, to the desserts. The environment is welcoming and very well cared for. Thanks to the quality of their pinsa I can almost say I prefer it to pizza. Prices very adequate for the context, the quality and the service.
