My girlfriend and I were quite disappointed. We wanted an aperitivo after visiting the Abbey of San Giovanni in Venere, so we came to this place since it was the only one in the area. We were greeted by a young man who was busy on the phone and didn't pay much attention to us when we came in, until after he'd finished his call. We ordered two spritzes. They were good, I must say, although a bit pricey at €7 each. It was a shame they didn't come with any appetizers, crisps, or peanuts. Oh well, nothing's included, obviously. But a little something is always nice and appropriate for an aperitivo. We also asked the other guy who served us if he could kindly clean our table (the seating is all in a pine forest). He said yes but never came back. It's easy to forget, but it's not like the place was packed. Overall, the situation is a bit lame. I hope these observations can be taken as suggestions for improving some aspects of the service.

July 25. We stopped here for lunch. Wonderful place, breathtaking view, and breezy weather. The place is more of a bar than a restaurant, so you don't have to be too demanding, but the family atmosphere makes it worthwhile, even if the service wasn't impeccable (I assume they can get overwhelmed with so many people...). Overall, we ate well and got what we wanted.

A charming bar nestled in a small pine forest near the Abbey of San Giovanni in Venere. We ate an excellent salad overlooking the sea. Excellent service!

Very good and typical sweets of the area, which are made exactly as tradition dictates. An infinite taste for the palate. The guys are super kind and helpful, while the location is beyond compare: right in front of the Abbey of San Giovanni in Venere and also with a sea view. A unique place.
