Out of this world food, back in my homeland after 14 years they directed me to Lady Anna, and it couldn't have been a better choice, Luigi welcomed us with unique kindness and courtesy, not to mention the freshness of the raw materials and the goodness of the food, to say the least, unique, heartfelt compliments

Excellent pizzas and pinsas, also gluten-free and lactose-free

I have to say the pizza was delicious. I saw a lot of pinsas ordered. So I'll be back to try that too, as it looked delicious. Fast service, friendly and helpful staff. I think Mr. Vincenzo heard the name. Highly recommended 💪💯

THEME OF THE EVENING: MAXIMUM STAY PERMITTED 45 MINUTES, OTHERWISE WE WILL FORCEDLY REMOVE THE TABLE. I went for dinner last night, booking a table for 9. As soon as we arrived, we ordered and had drinks without any problems. I must say that the standard fried foods were nothing special (good), and the pizza was good, neither praise nor infamy. But what really pissed us off WAS THE DINING STAFF WHO CAME EVERY 5 MINUTES TO ASK US IF WE WANT SOMETHING ELSE, OTHERWISE THEY WOULD HAVE BRINGN THE BILL, PUTTING US IN A RUSH TO LEAVE THE TABLE BECAUSE THERE WERE PEOPLE WAITING. I must admit that after the third time this happened, I got up and asked the gentleman if he was kicking us out because he'd annoyed me, and he simply said, "No, absolutely not, it's just that we have a lot of people waiting." So I said, "Can you see that the kids are still eating?" Moral of the story: Since the mood at the table had already been ruined, we asked for the bill. Of course, the gentleman came back and, seeing how angry we were, tried to offer us grappa and coffee (which we obviously didn't accept) because we just wanted to leave to avoid making a mess. TOTAL TIME FOR 9 PEOPLE TO EAT FRIED FOOD AND PIZZAS WAS 45 MINUTES. THEN THE ODYSSEY BEGAN. WE WENT TO A NEARBY BAR TO END OUT THE EVENING AND EAT DESSERTS. I wanted to speak to one of the owners to explain this matter, but honestly, while we were waiting, I stopped to chat with a tablemate who was about to leave and was complaining about the same things we were, and who obviously, like us, said it would be the first and last time. I repeat, the pizza is good, the setting is normal, even nice, BUT THERE IS NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER.
