Pizzeria Ladurn In Marlengo

The best pizza I've eaten in South Tyrol and beyond. They make it with a traditional wood-fired oven and you can feel it. They are German and yet I haven't eaten such good pizza even in Naples. Excellent service, fast and kind. Warm and welcoming furnishings. It was a pizza party with work colleagues but I will definitely go back with the family. I recommend booking in advance as it is very popular. Free parking in front with many free spaces. Excellent solution if you are traveling from/to the Resia pass and Val Venosta because at the brewery there is the crossroads for Marlengo and you can arrive at the pizzeria in five minutes.

Die Reservierung per Telefon hat uns bereits sehr neugierig gemacht, sehr angenehme Annahme, wir denken es war die Chefin des Hauses. Sehr modern eingerichteter Speisesaal mit hellen Tönen und eleganter Beleuchtung. Zuvorkommender Service und rasches Bedienen der bestellten Getrànke sowie Pizzas. Den Sauvignon haben wir im bereits aufgeschenkten Modus am Tisch erhalten, deshalb etwas ungewohnt weil wir auch wissen wollten woher der Weisswein kommt und von welcher Kellerei er ist. Die Pizza mit 7 Cereali war geschmacklich hervorragend, die Pizza mit Schinken und Pilze was das Backen betrifft grenzwertig. Viele Pizzaioli beachten Verbrennungen an der Unterseite nicht, ich gucke stets.. Die Pizzeria ist bestimmt zu empfehlen, auch wenn die Zugabe von Backhefe im Teig zugegeben wird. Dadurch ist der Pizzateig kein Teig aus rein " lievito madre" was bekömmlicher und leichter ist. Wir empfehlen den Ort des Geschehens gerne weiter....eine nette Familie erwartet Sie...guten Apetit

Recommended by the landlord of our apartment and not disappointed, on the contrary, so great that we will come back. We didn't have a reservation and were lucky. Were greeted friendly. Service also very friendly. The selection of pizzas is sensational. I have never had so many variations to choose from before. There were even 4 different pizza doughs. Visually and especially in terms of taste - great! Price performance fits.

We were there twice. Interior a bit cramped... But a really great selection of pizza (salads) and very, very good! Staff very friendly. (even short-term table implementation is no problem) If necessary, park at Marlin train station.

There is no better pizza in South Tyrol. Everything fits perfectly and already in the 2nd generation! Thanks and keep it up.

We ended up here because of our appetite for pizza and the pretty good reviews and enjoyed it. Super tasty pizzas, great desserts at reasonable prices prices. Very friendly service in a nice atmosphere. "Pollice in su" and an absolute recommendation.
