Pizzeria La Torre dal 1999 In Nardò

I had dinner at "La Torre" on a Saturday evening in August. As expected, the place was quite crowded, and unfortunately this affected the overall experience. The service was rather slow and a bit disorganized: there was only one waitress managing the entire room, sometimes supported by two others, but clearly not enough to handle the number of customers. The menu was also a slight disappointment: outside, there was a sign promising a wide selection of doughs (hemp, turmeric, whole spelt, charcoal, oats, cereals, etc.), but then at the table, there were only three options available. I expected more consistency between what was advertised and what was actually served. That said, the pizza was really very good, well-cooked, and made with quality ingredients. This certainly improved the experience somewhat. Overall, I think the restaurant has potential, but it needs to improve its service management, especially during peak periods, and be more transparent with customer information.
