Pizzeria in the center of Budoni. Large, thin, and very good pizzas. There's a huge selection. It's a shame about the incredibly long wait—50 minutes for the pizza—and by then the beer (which arrived promptly) had warmed up. Yes, this is about the service; there's room for improvement. Good value for money.

We arrived relatively early and were able to choose a table right away. The drinks arrived very quickly, but the food took longer. Then the insalata mista (radicchio, iceberg lettuce, green tomatoes, and a few arugula leaves) arrived, along with the pizza and culurgiones we ordered. Our plates were cleared away while my wife was still chewing. We noticed that a larger group outside had been waiting for our table; the tables around us had already been placed together (it wasn't full). The waiter then silently placed the bill in front of us, even though we still had wine and water in our glasses. Hospitality looks different. We would have had no problem enjoying our drinks in peace at another table. We felt like we were being kicked out. What a shame, because the food was good.

For us, this is the best pizza in Budoni. Even without a reservation, we were seated quickly. The pizzas are incredibly delicious. The value for money is unbeatable. The house wine is also really good.

A restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, and a helpful and fast staff. The pizza is very thin, well-topped, and offers many variations.
