As already reviewed on TripAdvisor, I can confirm that my partner and I had the opportunity to taste authentic Neapolitan pizza. We love contemporary Neapolitan pizza, which we also eat in Rome, but only at one restaurant: I Quintili. The toppings are of excellent quality, the pizza dough is well-aired, and the pizza base is perfectly cooked, especially the crust! The service was efficient and the location was spotless. Unfortunately, we live in Rome, otherwise you would be our favorite restaurant. Despite this, we returned to eat here twice.

New place, very nice both inside and out. I had pizza, authentic Neapolitan pizza with a thick crust and nice toppings. The lager beer on tap was also excellent. I had a bit of a wait, but the staff was really friendly.

A must for every pizza lover!
The traditional pizza here is simply a dream. The dough is wonderfully light and perfectly baked – just as it should be.
You can immediately tell that only good ingredients are used, which is reflected in the flavor.
The staff is also friendly and contributes significantly to the pleasant atmosphere.
A big thank you to the pizzaiolo.

Great experience at the new restaurant. Beautiful decor, very friendly staff, excellent food, top-notch Neapolitan pizza. We go there often, for good reason.

Nous nous sommes arrêtés dans cette pizzeria un peu au hasard et ce fut plutôt une bonne surprise.
Les pizzas sont de qualité et le pizzaiolo est sympa. En revanche le service en salle manque un peu de convivialité.
Néanmoins il s'agit selon moi d'une adresse intéressante.

Siamo venuti da Siena proprio per assaggiare la pizza in questo locale e non siamo rimasti per nulla delusi. La pizza del mese era veramente buonissima così come le altre. Anche i dolci non sono stati da meno. Da ritornarci assolutamente.
