I've been a customer for a while. Yesterday we ordered two pizzas at the new location, and I have to say that if I'm paying €12 for a pizza, they should at least have some quality toppings, not the flavorless ones in jars. I was disappointed. The flavor and quality were zero.

Last week we came to eat at this pizzeria, undoubtedly drawn by the extremely positive reviews and the restaurant's reputation. The dough was excellent, soft and rolled out to just the right thickness. The ingredients and toppings were top-notch. The lady who served us was incredibly sweet, ready to accommodate any request from the customers in the dining room. A word of advice: although the "vintage" pizza is good and well-made, it didn't quite meet my expectations. There are many better options on the menu!

We're longtime customers; for years, when we want to eat authentic Neapolitan pizza, we go to Saporita. Their new place is one of the nicest in the area. We decided to try the food this time, instead of pizza. Everything was delicious, and the portions were definitely generous. The traditional Neapolitan desserts were delicious. Everything was truly top-notch!

19/09/2025: Been to Italy many times and had lots of great pizzas. This place blew me away with their Capricorsa. Thin crisp base with bubbled crust and a delicious topping 10/10 at least. Staff were amazing and passionate too. Not one to miss. Pienza has many places to eat but would go back here in a blink of an eye!
18/09/2025: A super cozy place. The pizza is the BEST I've ever tried. It's spectacularly crunchy, and the ingredients are top-notch. The dough is prepared so the food doesn't feel heavy. The guys who served us are super nice, friendly, and fun, and even though they didn't speak our language, they treated us very kindly. The opening hours are super convenient, considering that everything around here closes at 9 p.m., but they extend their hours until 10:30 p.m.

La locanda di Berto e Giangio

11/08/2025: Recommended by a local, the staff are smiling and friendly. Typical local products cooked according to tradition. The appetizer was generous, with a few flaws, but the ossobuco was truly excellent. The house wine was good, the service a little slow, but worth it. We highly recommend it; it was a pleasant evening.
05/08/2025: Very well received in this restaurant, even though it was 9:45 p.m.! Very good food, even if the quantity wasn't up to scratch (but that seems to be the case in many Italian restaurants). Very good dessert. Good value for money.
