We had dinner with my kids and ate and chose from a wide selection of pizzas, three different options. The dough was really good and light, while the pizza was crispy, well-topped, and beautifully presented. All this at more than fair prices and with fast service. They also have a multigrain dough option. Excellent, highly recommended, and definitely worth a try. Go there, you won't regret it.

Excellent Paposceria pizzeria. The ingredients are top-quality, the pizza and Paposceria are top-quality, as are the toppings. I'm not giving the ambiance and service 5 stars because we had to wait a while for our food and it was a bit chilly outside. Although, after a couple of requests, we were moved to the semi-enclosed building.
The parking is very convenient, allowing you to stroll downtown, where it can be difficult to find a spot, especially in August.
The prices are average.
We'll definitely be back.

Gluten-free pizza should be ordered in advance if possible. When I booked, I mentioned that I was celiac, and the staff informed the pizza chef accordingly. I loved the pizza and managed to finish it; the dough was light and easy to digest. The other diners were equally pleased with their "regular" pizzas! The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. I felt truly treated well.

I've only eaten there twice. The first time I thought I'd eaten one of the best pizzas I've ever had, and the second time I had a stomachache for a whole day after eating a paposcia, and the other person I was with also had a stomachache.

The gluten-free pizza is top-notch—definitely one of the best I've had. They're certified by the Italian Food Safety Authority (AIC)—they're careful about contamination.
