A compromise between tradition and contemporaneity A dough that satisfies a large clientele, crunchy but not at all elastic, the fillings are plentiful and of medium quality, approved drinks, low prices and on average with other pizzerias in the area. The service is simple and not very polite, especially for some unfulfilled requests. The environment doesn't have a soul or a clear personality, the colors and furnishings are really out of place, the immense windows don't help!

Locale semplice e moderno, il menù mette insieme le pizze classiche e pizze speciali e più innovative. Impasto buono e gustoso cotto bene nel forno a legna. Siamo capitati in una sera dove il locale era pieno e subito ci si è fatto notare che ci sarebbe stato un po’ da aspettare. Nonostante questo siamo stati accolti e serviti con cortesia e gentilezza in tempi più che accettabili.

Very good and digestible pizza, dough with little salt which allows you to fully enjoy the filling. Very kind staff. Excellent prices.

We got some mixed pizzas by the meter. The pizzas arrive very hot and the waiters are always present and available. There are several more or less large and nearby car parks. Advised

Really interesting and digestible pizza dough, and this makes the difference because adding quality ingredients without skimping is not such a rare thing. A mouth-watering pizza, especially if you love buffalo and burrata. Really very good price, even if I didn't order dessert because it was really filling. The mixed fried vegetables for veggies is also excellent.

31/12/2024: venite a Norcia. se ci siete e cercate un posto dove degustare e acquistare prodotti tipici della norcineria vi stra-consiglio questa attività. non aspettatevi un ristorante o uno di quei locali,di gran moda adesso, che da negozio si trasformano in templi della gastronomia, dal banco al piatto. nulla di tutto questo ma una grandissima cortesia e competenza dei proprietari, unita agli eccezionali prodotti dell'Umbria vera e gustosa: tagliere di salumi e formaggi uno più buono dell'altro. prosciutto tagliato a mano di un'altra categoria! da bere birra artigianale umbra. semplice ed efficace! l'espressione reale di una tradizione assoluta. bravi!

11/01/2025: We live in the municipality, but we had never been there. We experienced it this evening for the first time….and we will definitely be back. A unique culinary experience! 🤩 Particular atmosphere, a bit vintage. Very attentive and courteous service. The exquisite dishes, from the first to the dessert! The duck ragù dei pici was extraordinary, the fassona tartare was also very good, but if you find it on the menu you absolutely must try the supreme guinea fowl stuffed with chestnuts and sausage, with spinach and pomegranate. Each flavor blends with the other perfectly, but at the same time everything stands out. The fried spinach leaf....a real treat!!! And what about the orange cream tart with meringue...a delight😋😋😋 To make sure we didn't miss anything, we also had two glasses of wine, so abundant that they were enough for the whole meal. All for €86 for two, absolutely adequate. You also deserve the sixth star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
25/12/2024: Excellent dishes, the waiting time between one course and another is partially justified by the fact that everything is freshly prepared. The cappelletti in capon broth and the lasagna with exceptional mushrooms. The venue is perfect and set in a beautiful setting. The price of 50 euros for the complete menu is certainly adequate for the offer. I would have liked to go back for New Year's Eve dinner but they only offer à la carte menus. Must try.
