We had dinner at Pizzeria La Romantica in Santa Maria degli Angeli and the experience was simply fantastic! A true slice of paradise for pizza lovers. ​The atmosphere is welcoming and informal, but the real star is undoubtedly the food. We tried an eggplant pizza (which looked divine!) and one with prosciutto and burrata, which was a perfect balance of flavors. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality, from the sweet and flavorful tomato sauce to the stringy mozzarella. The contrast between the flavorful prosciutto and the fresh burrata was sublime! ​The service was fast, attentive, and very friendly.
