Very good pizzas Very skilled pizza chefs The wait staff is decent/good The "Venetianized" pizza names, if you're not from the region, you have to be careful because you might be in for a surprise if you know the true flavors of some names. However, the ingredients are described, so you can imagine it's not what you're looking for.

We ordered two pizzas, one with regular dough and the other with double dough. I have to be honest, I've had better ones with the regular dough, while the other one was delicious. The pizza toppings were also very good. The extra €3 for the double dough seems a bit expensive.

04/01/2026: Excellent pizzeria in Bertigo, just outside Gallio. The pizzeria's rooms are furnished in a very welcoming mountain style. The staff is young and dynamic, and there's a wide selection of pizzas.

Pizzeria Al Colle

04/01/2026: I tried the spelt pasta, but I wasn't crazy about it. The ingredients were good and high-quality. Next time, I'll try the regular one. The wait was long; 50 minutes was definitely too long. The staff was friendly.
29/12/2025: Pizzeria al Colle is a very beautiful and elegant place, with a pleasant and refined atmosphere. Prices are moderate and in line with the quality offered. The only downside is the slightly long wait. Overall, an excellent pizzeria that I recommend.
