The best pizza in Casalecchio and, I daresay, even Bologna!!! The dough you find here is unlike anything else; it's the only pizza that's still good the next day! I always get an extra Fornarina (pizza dough with salt and rosemary) to eat the next day because it's crispy and tastes as good as freshly made! Easy to digest because it's well-leavened. They're open to customizing flavors and selections. You can also eat in; it's a casual, quiet place, even though it's primarily a takeout pizzeria. Truly a TOP pizza!!!

I've been to this pizzeria and can't recommend it enough! The dough is incredibly light, well-leavened, and easy to digest, with perfect cooking that makes every slice irresistible. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality; you can taste the difference right away. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always smiling, and the atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously maintained. Delicious pizza, easier to digest than the ones I've had in the past. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere made me feel very comfortable. A wonderful experience. I'll definitely be back.

The only bad things about this pizzeria are the wait and the arrogance of the workers. Even though I pre-ordered a table, I had to wait an hour and a half for my food.

14/10/2025: We didn't try everything, obviously, but the fillets were fantastic and very tender, as were the very good side dishes. The dessert was also good. They don't have bulk wine, which increases the price, but 40-50 euros is becoming standard these days. The atmosphere was lovely, and the management was very kind and friendly. We were satisfied, and we'll definitely be back. Thank you.
12/10/2025: At this restaurant, I enjoyed an excellent, very tender fillet steak with "old-fashioned" fries, which were truly delicious. The charcuterie board with local piadinas and desserts were also very good. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was well-maintained, including bathrooms (which isn't a given for all restaurants). I'll definitely be returning to try the pasta dishes.

Ristorante Pizzeria La Verace

27/09/2025: Excellent gluten-free pizza, one of the best I had on my trip to Italy. I got the "la verace" and my partner got the quattro formaggi, both gluten-free so we could share, and both were excellent.
26/09/2025: The best gluten-free pizza I've ever had! I ordered the Bologna and it was a 10! The gluten-free pizza was delicious, but more average. That said, with the beer and service, it's only €50 for two people.
