The best pizza in Casalecchio and, I daresay, even Bologna!!! The dough you find here is unlike anything else; it's the only pizza that's still good the next day! I always get an extra Fornarina (pizza dough with salt and rosemary) to eat the next day because it's crispy and tastes as good as freshly made! Easy to digest because it's well-leavened. They're open to customizing flavors and selections. You can also eat in; it's a casual, quiet place, even though it's primarily a takeout pizzeria. Truly a TOP pizza!!!
