10 minutes from the historic center, neighborhood pizza restaurant with residents and neighbors of diners, very good product and price. They had the detail of making me a personalized pizza when I asked for salmon. For those who do not want to pay to be a historic center, I recommend it.

This evening we were able to enjoy an excellent #pizza and an equally excellent #puccia in the renovated #pizzeria @lapanca2.0 in Matera. The new, authentic flavors, especially the pizza, delighted our palate. Furthermore, I hadn't tasted the baked #ice cream in a very long time, especially with the smoke inside the #pan, a real surprise. Value for money within everyone's reach.

A walk from the fantastic Sassi of Matera, a clean, elegant and super welcoming environment. Trained, kind and warm-hearted staff. The pizza was excellent, honestly one of the best I've ever eaten, the choice of very high quality ingredients certainly makes the difference. Absolutely highly recommended!

New management recently opened... modern, welcoming place. I would say the ideal place to spend an evening with friends and taste high quality raw materials... it is clear that this aspect is given great attention. Very light fried food and very, very digestible pizza, fast and very courteous service. Excellent draft beer. Price range €15/20. It is very difficult to find a place, it is best to book

01/12/2024: Il locale, semplice ma accogliente, è arredato con gusto, creando un'atmosfera calda e familiare. Il personale è cortese e sempre disponibile, pronto a suggerire le migliori combinazioni di pizze e abbinamenti di bevande. Il menù è ampio e variegato. La pasta della pizza è sottile ma morbida, ben cotta e con un equilibrio perfetto tra croccantezza e morbidezza. La qualità degli ingredienti è evidente, con pomodoro fresco e mozzarella di bufala che si sciolgono delicatamente ad ogni morso.
30/11/2024: Siamo stati qui a cena in 4 spendendo nemmeno 20€ a testa e gustando un sacco di cose: tutti i tipi di ottimi fritti (polletti, panzerottini, patatine, fiori di zucca…) e una pizza ciascuno, io ho assaggiato quella al pesto, quella al tartufo, e quella con crema di zucca e zucchine fritte, tutte buone, quest’ultima in particolare. Staff gentile! Lo consiglio.
