A nice evening in company, there were 4 of us, we ate a good pizza and other things, modest little place, with very helpful and kind service guys, I recommend stopping by for a meal 💪

If there's a place where good humor rises along with the dough, it's this out-of-this-world pizzeria, capable of catapulting you into orbit with the first bite. Phenomenal appetizers: bruschetta that smells of heaven, pettole as light as cosmic clouds. Excellent wine, quality perceived throughout, from the welcome to the coffee, super-clean bathrooms. From what I understand, this place is a must-try for the people of Matera because it was packed, yet we were very comfortable and received kind and efficient service.

We visited "La Panca 2.0 pizzeria" and were pleasantly surprised. We tried three pizzas, each with very interesting flavor combinations. The first pizza, with yellow datterino tomatoes, caciocavallo materano, and n'duja, offered a remarkable balance between sweetness and spiciness. The second, with yellow datterino tomatoes, capocollo, burrata, crusco peppers, and basil, also proved to be a rich and successful tasting experience. Finally, the third pizza, with Colonnata lardo, ricotta, walnuts, and honey, was a completely new experience that proved to be a surprising and harmonious combination. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for unconventional, high-quality pizzas. A lovely little place with great quality pizzas.
