We found a table on a Saturday evening around 10:15 PM, with no reservation required. Friendly service staff. Reasonable prices (€35 for two people, two pizzas, two croquettes, and a 75cl craft beer). The Margherita pizza was excellent. The croquettes could be improved.

How can this pizza be so good? Is it because they use the best ingredients or because they do everything with such passion? Either way, this is an experience you shouldn't miss when you go to Baiano. Filippo is the D10S of Baiano pizza!

23/09/2025: We have always been satisfied with the pizzas we ordered and have never had to wait long either for on-site collection or home delivery. The pizzas are good and cooked to perfection.
12/08/2025: We spontaneously stopped by for dinner on a recommendation and received a warm welcome. We had the chef's starter and two second courses; everything was freshly prepared and lovingly presented. The vegetables were excellent, and everything else was fresh, too. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this restaurant.
