Best pizza ever! Simple and authentic atmosphere, fast and friendly service. I recommend the malcontenta pizza and the nona with fried eggplant.

What a discovery! For the summer season, this restaurant moves a few kilometers further into the town of Brossasco, to Tiglieto Park, where events, themed evenings, and concerts are held. It's a lovely outdoor spot, with a children's playground and plenty of tables both under the stars and under the gazebos. It's lovely to eat there in the cool evenings, and the atmosphere is simple and pleasant. Speaking of the menu, I appreciate the wide selection of pizzas featuring local ingredients and very interesting combinations. The pizza is fine and very crunchy, pleasing to the palate, filling but not bloating, because everything is always carefully measured in just the right quantities. I recommend the Princi with basil pesto and no tomato because it's truly fresh and flavorful, or the Caramella with Tounin al Mel, a typical local cheese found on many pizzas. It's a very popular place, always filling up quickly, but it's difficult to find a table later, as they also do a lot of takeout. Highly recommended, both summer and winter, right in Venasca. The owner is a genuine person who's always happy to chat with. I'll definitely be back.
