After trying various pizzerias, I've finally found a top-notch pizza and pizzeria. Taste is subjective, but I encourage you to try it. We order pizza from them once a week. The dough is well-leavened and doesn't cause stomach problems, and the toppings are generous. Helpful staff, fantastic service. Well done.

Super pizza, the best in Sardinia

The pizza dough is excellent. In fact, probably the best I've ever tried. From that perspective, it would even deserve 6 stars. But my wife had a vegetarian pizza, and the zucchini and eggplant pieces were too big and almost raw. What a shame!

Finally, a pizza with a great dough and well-cooked. Much better than others I've tried in Budoni and San Teodoro. It's good, but I have to offer a constructive criticism. The mozzarella wasn't very good, and there was a lot of it; they're certainly not stingy about that. It's much better to use a quality fiordilatte and use much less than that mozzarella, which I don't label. I'll be back and try it with buffalo mozzarella in the future. Cooking time and dough: 8.5 minutes, ingredients: 4. Highly recommended, despite the dripping fat of the stuff you find elsewhere. The dessert, however, needs some rethinking; the cheesecake is mediocre, not worth the price.
