Premise: excellent pizza. Poor service, unprepared staff (except the main waiter who is good, but the others are incompetent). Place not air conditioned, outside area ok but not the best. Long wait.

Pedí una pizza margherita con hongos para llevar. Se me preguntó (pensé) si me gustaría que los hongos estuvieran cocidos o crudos. Pedí cocinado, esperando tener hongos salteados. Terminó teniendo tal vez hongos en aceite de oliva - se sentía viscoso y textura desagradable para comer. Esto podría haber sido un escenario de “perdido en la traducción”, donde pedí la cobertura incorrecta de hongos, pero ninguno de los dos disfrutamos de la pizza. Estoy seguro de que las otras pizzas en este restaurante eran mejores dadas las otras críticas de TA.

17/06/2025: Found while walking around the historic center, this excellent place develops vertically, that is, you choose the ground floor, go up and wait to be accompanied to the upper floor where you benefit from a wonderful garden covered with vegetation and flowers and where you find tables and stools or chairs. You are advised in an excellent way by the staff, professional and very kind A great variety of wines and dishes, as well as cocktails or teas and herbal teas Obviously we highly recommend it, as a must-see because it really deserves it We will return before the end of the holiday Congratulations to everyone😊

22/06/2025: The best restaurant in Santa Maria Di Leuca.
20/06/2025: This was one of the best restaurant in our whole Salento trip. The food was delicious, the service and atmosphere extremely friendly. We went for lunch on a very hot day, and we were given a hand fan they keep for patrons (fans were on as well so it wasn't too hot despite being outside). Recommended!
