I had a fish-based dinner with my wife on the veranda attached to the sea overlooking Ortigia. Everything was excellent, very efficient service and very helpful owners HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Good dishes and nice location, a recommendation rather than a criticism for the service which certainly needs to be improved. We ordered restaurant dishes and pizzas. The first courses arrived after just 10 minutes of waiting but the pizzas after 45 minutes. the result was that some at our table dined much earlier than others. I suggest coordinating the courses between the pizzeria and the restaurant.

Good pizza but a little heavy dough, the mixed fried food arrived cold. Overall prices a little too high but it's ok.

For the first time everything went well

The seaside setting is very pleasant and the service friendly. On the other hand, we were very disappointed by the cuisine and the slowness of the service: more than an hour to receive a dish... the dishes are greasy and lack flavor. Worse, the pasta was overcooked, a tragedy in Italy!

Very good takeaway pizza, definitely worth trying again sitting there to admire the view. Very rude staff: they don't answer their cell phone on purpose (seen with my own eyes after trying to call in vain, the phone rang, they pretended nothing had happened), they answer customers in a rude manner, even making annoyed faces. I had asked for my pizza to be cut, 3 of them responded annoyed, one of which was very rude. The curly-haired waitress is the rudest of all, together with the lady who takes care of the pizza toppings. Indeed, after taking an order, the lady at the cash register exclaimed 'but kill yourself' in front of us customers. I understand that it's summer, there are a lot of people, but if you can't stand the customers, who make you work and earn money, close up shop.
