An exclusive and unparalleled pizzeria, at least in the area, offering a wide variety of alternative doughs (nine to choose from) made with special, top-quality flours, the result of constant and passionate research by the owner, a true expert in this industry (if he finds a curious and attentive customer, he's more than willing to share his knowledge, and it's a pleasure to listen). Toppings, from classic to specialty pizzas, are made with premium ingredients expertly blended to please every palate, even the most discerning like mine. The dining room is new, clean, and welcoming, and the staff is friendly, courteous, attentive, and I'd even say helpful and personable. The cover charge includes a welcome entrée of excellent tomato bruschetta and a small bowl of olives. Fair value.
