Congratulations for the originality of your special doughs!! I tasted the Moringa dough and the basic hemp dough. Delicious pizzas never found before!! If you want to eat a special pizza, don't go wrong, go to Pizzeria Fontana in Bisceglie! Mr. Pizzaiolo Angelo will amaze you with his professionalism! I had a "Sara" pizza with hemp based dough! Very good and unique. I really recommend you try it!

Quiet and very clean environment, staff trained to explain what you ordered, waiting times were normal despite the place being full but above all we appreciated the food: excellent pizzas (4 types of dough to choose from), the gluten-free pizza and panzerotto doughs, according to my celiac friend, among the best I've ever eaten because they were soft and well blended. Highly recommended.

I got some take-away pizzas and fries... maybe it's difficult to find such quality in a pizzeria that works purely as a take-away... it costs a couple of euros more than other pizzerias... but at least you're eating quality... the special fries and the really super pizza Good

La Fontana is my go-to place for great gluten-free pizza in Bisceglie! The staff is friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. They paid close attention to my food intolerances, demonstrating incredible kindness. Gluten-free pizza is delicious (even with gluten, my husband says). The gluten free option with homemade buckwheat dough is the best! Thank you!

Ho assaggiato delle pizze migliori, ma non mi è rimasto molto di questa. Sono rimasta poco soddisfatta, avrei voluto una pizza più sugosa e di meno mozzarella, pk c'è ne era tanta. Preferirei gustarmi la pizza da qualche altra parte e non ritornare di nuovo qui.

The ingredients are of the highest quality and you can perceive the attention paid to the preparation. 23/05/2025: When you want to spend a nice evening with friends, whether for a pizza or to have a complete lunch or dinner and you want to avoid unpleasant surprises, just choose La Bruschetta. An absolute guarantee. Giovanni, the owner and all the staff, are very kind and welcoming, they make you feel at home. As for the dishes, they can satisfy you at all levels, from pizza to seafood and meat dishes as well as raw seafood. What can I say about the service, excellent. I often go there with friends, I recommend it to everyone. Excellent value for money. Congratulations Giovanni and all the staff.
