Delicious pizza, with excellent quality ingredients. Trained and competent staff on a series of alternative doughs, which has no equal.... If you are looking for a pizzeria in the center of Bisceglie, I highly recommend it.... Must try..... and, if you have to wait a bit, it's worth it, given that the pizza chef works alone......

Came here for a pizza with the family: the excellent pizza is accompanied by the excellent service received. What makes this place special is the possibility of ordering products made with alternative mixtures (Kamut, hemp, senator hats, wholemeal, spirulina, moringa and more). Highly recommended pizzeria.

Location in the central square of Bisceglie.... Quality both in the service and in the ingredients used... Lots of variety in the choice of pizza dough which is the main dish of the house... And compliments to the courtesy and cleanliness of the premises..

I've been going to this place for some time and I'm very happy with it as I'm lactose intolerant. Professional and helpful owner prepared for every question on various allergies and intolerances. I have a lot of faith in them, I can eat freely without fear of feeling sick! I feel at home! Staff ok HIGHLY RECOMMENDED🔝🔝💯💯

È da anni ormai che andiamo in questo locale e ogni volta rimaniamo stupiti dalla qualità dei prodotti e dalla loro bontà. In particolare, sul SENZA GLUTINE sono formidabili: panzerotti, pizze e sopratutto una focaccia così croccante e buona non l’avevamo mai provata! Sembra assolutamente uguale a quella normale. Complimenti al proprietario per la bravura e la voglia che ha di misurarsi sempre 😊

Excellent pizzeria with a wide range of wholemeal doughs and special flours. Excellent bruschetta as a starter. Of note are the pizzas (panzerotti and more) both with gluten-free flour mixes and with buckwheat (which is gluten-free). Pizzeria certified by the AIC, Italian Celiac Association.

Pizzeria Al Dolmen

01/08/2024: a must in Bisceglie life in the Sant'Andrea area. That is, in the new city. For those who love honest and simple places, where the locals go, this is the best. Overlooking a road widening that is closed in the evening, in good weather and when the weather permits, the street outside is filled with tables, and the corner is among the coolest. The rotisserie is the best! The pizzas are not extraordinary, but not bad either, it depends on your taste. I can recommend IL PANZEROTTO and LA SCROCCHIARELLA, both in slices if available at the counter, and in round 4 pieces or GIANT ones where you can combine different flavours. Very honest prices, quick and friendly table service, always without pretensions. Many families or groups book and therefore you can only hope to find a place if there are two of you. It can also be consumed standing inside. It has a separate kitchen for celiacs.

12/08/2024: The service, the taste of the food and the ambience were excellent! Simply fantastic and something different in Italy 🤩
11/08/2024: We went for the sweet pokè but it was all very good... the veal fillet was very tender and cooked just right, the pizza made in a wood oven was very delicious. Service a little confusing (they brought the pizzas to some of us and others waited while other pizzas arrived at other tables so they were not all brought at the same time). The dessert was something unique….excellent prices We will happily return
