Iconic pizza for as long as I can remember. Very nice owners, very traditionalist but spectacularly good pizza. In a world that continues to rely on "800 hour leavening" and "0 km 100% Sicilian organic ingredients made in China", here we appreciate the authenticity of tradition, with the love of baking pizzas for over 50 years. Really recommended.
