Pizzeria La Cittadella di Moruzzi In Sarzana

For several years now, every time I go to Sarzana, I make a regular stop at this place. The pizza, and not only that, is spectacular. In particular, they use soy-based doughs, but also aloe, which are very light and very digestible. They have a huge selection and often make special versions dedicated to particular products, some seasonal, like fresh porcini mushrooms or caramelized onions. The farinata and desserts, many of which are homemade, are also excellent. A real must-try.

The pizza Is very good, it's a little on the thin side, light and easy to digest. There are a lot of variation and ingredients. The staff is really nice and have a family atmosphere.

Posto bellissimo con delle ottime pizze. La prossima volta ci tornerò con più calma, perché ne vale davvero la pena. Bello il servizio e l'ambiente.
