For several years now, every time I go to Sarzana, I make a regular stop at this place. The pizza, and not only that, is spectacular. In particular, they use soy-based doughs, but also aloe, which are very light and very digestible. They have a huge selection and often make special versions dedicated to particular products, some seasonal, like fresh porcini mushrooms or caramelized onions. The farinata and desserts, many of which are homemade, are also excellent. A real must-try.

The pizza Is very good, it's a little on the thin side, light and easy to digest. There are a lot of variation and ingredients. The staff is really nice and have a family atmosphere.

13/12/2025: Excellent value for money. We've been going there for years, it's great. They used to make pizza, which was one of my favorites, but unfortunately, I don't offer it anymore.
08/12/2025: We had lunch on December 8th at Disma Restaurant, which offers both meat and seafood. One of the things we immediately appreciated was the option to choose from several set menus for €30, mostly fish-based, or to order from the à la carte menu. The parking lot is also very convenient, very large and close to the entrance. We opted for the €30 menu, and I must say that the price is more than fair for what it offers: appetizer, first course, second course, dessert, 1/4 cup house wine, water, and coffee, all included. From what we saw, the portions of the dishes from the menu were truly generous. The fried fish was excellent, crispy and light, and the seafood spaghetti was very flavorful, full of seafood. The service was also very fast, despite it being a holiday and the restaurant being packed. Overall, it was a great experience: good food, generous portions, fair prices, and quick service. Recommended for a seafood lunch without surprises!

Bar Enoteca Cristal

30/12/2025: Italy, just as you imagine it! A local bar with lots of locals, great drinks, and even better snacks. The pizzas aren't recommended, as they're frozen. Everything else is good, and the atmosphere makes up for it 😉 Would gladly come back anytime!
10/11/2025: Great little bar/restaurant, very friendly waitress, fast service, very reasonable prices for simple but tasty dishes, complimentary appetizer platter, well-balanced cocktails (the alcohol isn't just overpowering) and a great atmosphere. Pizzas, risotto, pasta – we spent all three evenings there and loved everything we tried!
