Traditional and well-maintained location! Excellent homemade food, delicious pici cacio e pepe, and friendly staff! Definitely a restaurant to return to!

I loved the intimate, welcoming, and well-organized atmosphere. A fantastic venue for birthdays, special occasions, and romantic dinners. Delicious, refined, high-quality dishes served with a touch of class. I felt welcomed, and the service was impeccable; they were attentive but not intrusive. It was a memorable discovery!

Dinner for two at Cantina di Istia d'Ombrone, a lovely restaurant in the center of the hamlet of Istia d'Ombrone in the Grosseto area. The menu is simple, with just a few dishes, but there's a choice of both meat and seafood, with some very interesting pairings. Their pici cacio e pepe are a must-try. We ate outside on their lovely terrace overlooking the main tower. Friendly and attentive service.

Beautiful location: terrace overlooking the castle tower (just a few meters away). The food was also excellent: we particularly enjoyed the pici cacio e pepe and the slow-cooked pork. The price was more than fair. Perhaps the portions could be more generous, but it was still excellent.

The food was incredibly delicious. It's a shame there weren't many people there, so the atmosphere couldn't really be appreciated.

In one word: FABULOUS! The ideal place for those who want to experience the flavor and authenticity of real homemade dishes, prepared with the dedication of someone who clearly chose the world of cooking out of passion, not obligation. We'd already been here in the winter when it was possible to eat indoors, and we returned now where we were able to eat on the outdoor terrace, quiet, comfortable, and ideal for couples and families. The welcome itself immediately puts you in a good mood, with Lorenzo also being an excellent waiter. I highly recommend it!

Come in very slowly and enjoy the Terrace, barefoot. Excellent aperitifs and dinner with dishes that all have a different soul. Definitely recommended‼️ 5 stars but I'll add one ⭐️
