Clean, well-maintained place, friendly and courteous staff, quality ingredients, good value for money, and short wait times. Four reasons why I give it five stars. I always get pizza here at a fair price. You can also order by phone. Delivery times are shorter than at other pizzerias on the same street. New La Buongustaia pizza model!

16/02/2026: Excellent food, both for celiacs and non-celiacs, considering that celiacs must eat gluten-free. It's great that the menu is 90% gluten-free. Otherwise, they made a few mistakes in the organization and table layout, but the prices are quite reasonable. The food is average, we'll gladly return. I gave the food a 3 out of 5, except for the lack of salt, which could have been added. The gluten-free pasta was a little too al dente, and was removed only 2 minutes beforehand. Two excellent and light pizzas. They serve both pizza and gluten-free food, and it's a certified gluten-free restaurant. Affiliated with the Italian Celiac Association (AIC).

05/03/2026: A wonderful journey back in time. The atmosphere is absolutely magical inside the small room facing the wood-fired oven. The farinata alone is worth the visit; the pizzas are very good too!
25/02/2026: The dishes are of good quality and display a time-honored, authentic professionalism. The rooms are rather cramped and dimly lit. The owner, dressed in his chef's uniform, even gave a performance, telling the story of the unusual logo painted on the napkins and the waitstaff's uniforms. Well done!
