What's striking is the location, very beautiful, detailed, especially the above... The service is fast, considering it was a Saturday night, so kudos to them. As for the food: excellent, fresh ingredients, wide variety of pizzas. The dough is so light, I almost wanted to order another! See you next time.

We stopped here by chance during our bike ride. It's a cozy place, the staff are very friendly, and the food is truly delicious. We tried the Amarone risotto and the apple pie served warm with ice cream and custard. Excellent, we highly recommend it.

Since we discovered this pizzeria, it has become synonymous with quality! A renovated pizzeria with an elegant and modern atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff, and amazing pizza! The flavors are sophisticated, with new combinations and high-quality ingredients! Even though it looks dated from the outside, it's actually a wonderful surprise! They recently added a new type of beer, served with a slice of citrus fruit and pepper—fabulous! The desserts are delicious and homemade! Highly recommended!

14/03/2026: The restaurant is very large in terms of seating, so on a Saturday night we had no problem making a last-minute reservation. A wide selection of food is available, with meat, fish, and even pizza available. Prices are in line with what you might expect these days. A 450g rib-eye steak with a side dish costs €22. A sore point, however, is the fish platter. Nothing exceptional, and it didn't give the impression of being of exceptional quality. The service was also quite quick. Overall, a nice place that we might return to. Highly recommended.

14/03/2026: I've been to many pizzerias in Verona, but I have to say that the vegetarian pizza I had today at San Mattia is one of the best ever! With seasonal vegetables! Well done!
10/03/2026: Stunning view, very good pizza, and a picture-perfect location. We hiked up to San Mattia, and it was definitely worth it. The restaurant is located on the Torricelle, in an incredible panoramic position: from the terrace, you can see practically all of Verona lit up, with the Arena in the distance and the surrounding hills. The atmosphere is very pleasant, especially if you manage to snag a table outside with the warm weather just around the corner. One of the best pizzas I've had in Verona lately, nothing like the typical touristy ones in the city center. The service was friendly and attentive despite the restaurant being packed (it was a Saturday night). The waiters were quick and available to offer recommendations. The prices were reasonable for the quality and location: nothing out of the ordinary considering the view and the quality of the ingredients. The only small drawback: parking can be a bit chaotic on weekends if you don't arrive early, but there is free parking nearby. Highly recommended for those looking for a relaxed evening with a breathtaking view and a pizza (or other typical cuisine) that's above average in Verona. We recommend it to anyone passing through Verona! 🌄🍕
