Pizzeria Iyad In Messina

I've been going to Iyad, my husband's favorite pizzeria, for 17 years now. I love their pizza and their potatoes... Excellent.

I've been coming to this pizzeria for about thirty years, and it's always a guarantee. The owner is a real character: direct, ironic, and unfiltered, but with that warm, friendly atmosphere that makes you feel at home. His jokes are now part of the experience! 😄 His pizza is unlike any other: a very light and incredibly digestible dough, with a secret touch that makes it unique. The desserts are also a must; after so many years, I still don't know whether I prefer the almond and cinnamon one or the citrus one, both spectacular. The ingredients are always fresh and of excellent quality. The place may not be the prettiest, and the prices are a bit high, but the quality, friendliness, and authentic atmosphere make it worth returning every time. A true, authentic pizzeria full of character, just like its owner.
