Maybe it's my personal taste, but I've never had a pizza this good anywhere!
Among the dough choices, my favorite is hemp. Soft, flavorful, and decidedly sophisticated. I've tried so many dishes: carefully prepared, beautiful, and delicious! A salad isn't just a simple mix of vegetables: it's a marvel to look at and eat.
Although I prefer pizza, I also recommend trying other dishes.
The tiramisu is absolutely recommended!

Atmosphere, excellent. Service, outstanding. Food, unbelievable. This is the most consistent performing restaurant for all aspects combined that I have been to. Every night is very busy but do not let that keep you from trying to get in, it will be worth the effort. Great variety of pizza, dinner type foods and deserts.

Highly recommended restaurant/pizzeria.
I had the opportunity to try pizza made with hemp dough for dinner (they have several dough options). The pizza was light and delicious. Ideal for diabetics like me because my blood sugar levels don't skyrocket the next day.

Instabile Venezia is simply my favorite pizzeria. The dough is light, fragrant, and incredibly digestible, with top-quality ingredients and never boring combinations.
I particularly recommend two pizzas I adore:
🍕 La Notaio – perfectly balanced, flavorful, and original, a true explosion of flavor.
🍕 La Fumè – perfectly smoked, intense but never heavy. Truly unique.
The place is well-kept, the staff is kind and attentive, and every time I return, it's a confirmation. If you're looking for a gourmet pizza with soul, this is the place.

Excellent food, very friendly and attentive staff.
Reservations are recommended.

Una delle pizzerie più belle che io abbia visto. Il locale è molto ben arredato, spazioso e ben distribuito, di grande effetto. La scelta delle pizze spazia dalle 'normali' a quelle più particolari, alle proposte gourmet. Tutte di ottimo impasto e condite con ingredienti scelti. Molto bene il servizio, puntuale e sinceramente gentile. I prezzi sono assolutamente nella norma. Bravi!

Assolutamente da non perdere!
Da fuori sembra più piccolo, invece ha un'ampia sala interna su due piani, arredamento moderno e personale super cordiale e simpatico!
Menù variegato che accontenta tutti i palati, avendo sia pizza che cucina.
Abbiamo provato la pizza ed è molto buona, l'impasto è morbido e gli abbinamenti degli ingredienti sono innovativi e molto gustosi.
Frequentato da una clientela giovane, è un locale molto gettonato.
Il servizio è rapido e puntuale anche con tanti clienti.
