Spectacular pizza yesterday was perfect and wonderful the sauce was spectacular and the chips were excellent

The best pizza in Aversa, the croquettes and cacio e pepe frittata are also excellent. It's a shame I only discovered it now, better late than never! The girl in the dining room was kind, professional, and friendly!

I've tried various pizzerias near Impasto and after being here I can say that it's the best!

A welcoming, well-maintained, and clean place. The wait staff is very courteous and attentive. The menu is varied and extensive. The croquettes are very good, homemade, with an imperfect shape and a homely flavor. The pizza is exquisite: soft dough, not at all heavy, and the ingredients are top-quality. Just a word of advice to the young waiter: when you need to clear a table and clean it with apple cider vinegar degreaser, don't spray it directly on the table (it would be better to spray it on the cloth). Because those of us next to us, who were enjoying the last bites of pizza, were invaded by the smell and spray of detergent... and it's not pleasant. Otherwise, it's a place worth returning to several times to savor all the delicacies on the menu, but without the spray of detergent in the air 😉

We had a great time, the staff was friendly and helpful, not to mention the very light and tasty pizza.
