Ristorante Pizzeria Il Veliero In Varese

I confirm the positive reviews, there were 9 of us stopping by on a Saturday evening (without a reservation as it was a last minute decision) and they sat us down without any problems when we were actually convinced they would "bounce" us. Fast and precise service, the lady who assisted us was very attentive to the children. The pizzas are all very good as are the spaghetti with clams and the desserts. 5 stars definitely deserved, except - if you want to nitpick - for the knives, which didn't cut very well.

We always get takeaway pizzas, nothing to say because in my opinion they make one of the best pizzas in Varese, but it's a shame that in 2025 a pizzeria doesn't do anything for intolerances, not lactose-free, gluten-free or wholemeal pizzas... I'd say it's time to update too!

Excellent pizzas and a wide variety

Nice, welcoming and clean place. Good service. We ate their paella, overall quite good and plentiful, it lacked a bit of flavor and salt for my taste, a few more fish and peppers would have been appreciated. Very good cake with berries.

Buffalo pizza. 36 hours of leavening, crunchy dough is dry, non-acid tomato and excellent buffalo cheese. Gentlemen!!! A fantastic pizza!!!!!

Small but very nice ristorante! The food is simply perfect and really Italian
