I haven't tried food from all over the world but I do know when food tastes really amazing. They have the best pizza I've ever tried in my 25 years of life. As long as I'm in Piacenza this will be the only place I'll be getting pizza from

First Italian pizzeria, just sublime! But not the first in our lives because we had already tasted it. The kindness of the Signora and Signore is simply tutti gusto which beautifies the pizza 🍕

The best NEAPOLITAN pizzeria around in Piacenza, truly excellent pizza, kind and warm-hearted staff, and trust me, as a Neapolitan, I'll add sntut' a' Napl'.... Surely when I find myself in Piacenza, the first stop will be there.

22/07/2025: One-day visit to Piacenza. For lunch, we decided on this osteria, just steps from the center and the tourist trails, popular primarily with locals. The place is well-presented, welcoming, and tastefully decorated. The person who welcomed and served us (the older lady) was both professional and friendly...an added bonus. The table settings were simple but pleasant. We didn't order wine, but if you do, you'll enjoy it in the traditional bowls. Before ordering, she brought us some lard blended with parsley and some delicious bread. We ordered pisarei e fasò (a type of pasta with beans), Piacenza tortelli with butter and sage, and then two sbrisolone, one with warm zabaglione cream. These are traditional Piacenza dishes. We enjoyed their simplicity, and the dessert was the highlight. The quality/price ratio was fair.

All'Ostarcello Ristorante di Campagna

11/06/2025: Beautiful location overlooking the valley, always a light breeze to escape the heat of the city. Unfortunately these two reasons are not enough to go back another time. The giardiniera seemed more like vegetables in oil. The fried gnocco is a reinterpretation of the inn. The tagliata was more like a roast beef and the fillet was full of nerves. Compliments for the potatoes, really good.
