I have known Sombrero practically since it opened. I have seen its evolution from every point of view. From the aesthetic aspect to the choice of flours for the pizzas. Franco has an exceptional staff and above all guarantees a quality of pizza that melts in your mouth. If you have been there or if you have not been there in both cases I invite you to go and return over and over again. Spectacular pizza, location and welcome.

28/04/2025: We had a delicious meal here, we got nachos and a dip on the house beforehand. We ordered the "tagliata arugula e grana" and the "grigliata carne mista" with "insalata tomato e cipolla" and "patate con la buccia" as side dishes and enjoyed them. The dishes were prepared full of flavour. For dessert we took both options they had, a lemon tart with strawberry dressing and profiteroles. We had a delicious meal and will definitely return when we return to Cosenza.
